Important Updates
The launch of our new online banking platform has been delayed as we make final adjustments to ensure a smooth, secure experience. We’ll announce the new launch date—at least three days in advance—and keep you updated.
In the meantime, you can continue using our current online banking without interruption and take the steps below to prepare for the upgrade.

Member Action Required
For a smooth transition, we need your help asap! Please take a moment to review the member action items to ensure there is no interruption to your online and mobile banking once the upgrades are scheduled.
You Must Know Your Member Number, Date of Birth and Social Security Number
You can access your Member Number before the upgrades take place by logging in to Online Banking and selecting the eye icon, or by viewing it under eStatements. You may also obtain your Member Number by visiting any branch with a valid ID.

To eliminate any interruptions in service, please be sure we have updated info for you including:
- Your current cell phone number
- Your current email address (please use one you can access 24/7)*
